I have booking gas cylinder and paid online payment using hpgas app and my account is also debited amount is ₹789.50. My payment transaction id is[protected]. My account is debited but GAS Cylinder booking is not made yet. Please take necessary action

When i tried to book the gas online, the system was updated with this month refill and cleared on 13th Jan with reference number - 524448. Consumer number - 605775.
Neither we didn't book the gas nor we received the cylinder.
