I bought an hp ab-219tx laptop from SEVI INFOTECH, 8 ASHUTOSH MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA on 14/01/2016.Along with the laptop I was promised that I will get my second year additional warranty once I register my laptop online with the hp website. I did all the necessary procedures. But after two days I got an email that my additional warranty has been rejected as the seller was not a registered one. I called SEVI INFOTECH and they said it might have been a mistake and they gave me a phone number saying that he is the head of hp sales in the region in that area(Mr Kaushik-[protected]) .I called up the hp complain number but there was no reply. Then I called up Mr Kaushik and he assured me that my problem will be solved as soon as possible. but still now I have not got any answer from him nor was my warranty claim approved. I am very much shocked with the kind of customer support that I was provided by HP. Seriously HP being such a reputed name in the computer domain and they provide with this kind of help to its customers. Such a shame.
