Purchased laptop serial CND1116QR0 last two months back. WhatsApp support contacted twice. Unable to resolve issue. Techincal support IVR support not calling back. LOST Faith on your company.at least kindly replay this complaint.

set balance mode in battery mode. uninstall very rare applications.
delete all possible tasks registered under task scheduler.
disable all startup applications.
if possible use SSD for windows operating system
update the latest bios firmware
disable possible background applications which is running on battery power
