My name is Anamika Goyal, I am from Seoni Malwa, Madhya Pradesh, India. I bought a laptop of HP model-15s-fr2000, Serial no. 5CD1077D46 on 31st Mar'21 which carries 1 year global warranty. It's been only 5 months since I purchased this laptop and I am suffering for the last 4 months with so many issues like overheating, noise in fan, screen flickering, randomly turning off the laptop and speaker sound cracking issue. Then I contacted to HP India, so Bhopal Engineer came to my house and replaced the fan, even after it made noise and other problems remains the same. Then again I contacted to HP India regarding these issues with some more issues. They did so many troubleshooting's and other things infect many times my laptop got reset. Then again Engineer assigned and they took my laptop for servicing to Bhopal Service Centre and they change the motherboard and SSD. After repairing they sent my laptop and I found lines on the screen, on the same time I complain to Bhopal Service Centre but they said that is normal. But I never ever saw this kind of lines in any laptop till I used. Even the motherboard, SSD changed but still problem not resolved and Its not working properly instead of some more new issues appeared with previous issue like automatic brightness change. I got tired enough of complaining. I wasted a lot of my precious time on these matters. With these issues I am not able to continue my work. I have never expected that I would receive such faulty laptop from a REPUTED COMPANY like HP. Kindly stop selling this type of faulty laptop. Now I do not want to replace any parts. I want to replace the entire faulty laptop. Please replace this faulty laptop with the new one. Otherwise I will force to go Consumer Forum and register the complaint against the services you provide and also to provide this kind of faulty laptop. And I will never suggest to anyone to purchase HP Products. I hope you will understand the gravity of my situation and now I am expecting you to do the needful as soon as possible.
