My name is Uddhav and I live in Darjeeling I had brought a hp pavillion gaming laptop and now I am facing terrible battery issue with it...It has been months since I am facing this issue ...The hp people don't even respond well...They hire engineer again and again they come sometimes change battery sometimes adapter but the issue is not resolved...It has been very hectic for me..I am sorry to say this but Hp has the worst customer service all they care about is their product selling...I am willing to file a consumer case against hp...It has been really hectic for me thanks .. set performance mode in battery mode. uninstall very rare aplications.
delete all possible tasks registered under task scheduler.
disable all startup applications.
if possible use SSD for windows operating system
update latest bios firmware
