I purchased this hp pavilion laptop before 7-8 months from pune...it is a version of windows 10 so there are lot o[censored]pdates are coming...i updated all that, , , that time also lagging problem was there...i tried to reach you many times...i call in hp service centre...but they didnt response...they said there service provider is not available...but i have many complaints in laptop now...laptop has the lagging problem...i response very slow...sometimes it is suddenly stop performiong all d operation...please response as soon as possible...due this i m facing lot of problems...it creates obstacles in my work...
