Redemption Code[protected]

my claim is for 2yr warrenty onsite offer,
I will fill the for Extended warranty onsite for 2 years at 04/04/2017
But i have not get an Order Confirmation Email .Please check it and send me.

Dear Sir, my Product Serial No- 5CD64530G4 Redemption Code- 90353567 Email-users2050@gmail.com my claim is for 2yr warrenty onsite offer, I register for 2 years extended onsite warrenty, i will get Redemption Code -90353567 But i have not get any warrenty link.please check it and send me again.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
