I have purchased my laptop in month of April and from day one I am facing hanging issue and I have contacted HP customer care and also service center near by and didn't got issue resolved and they are making the words there and there .and now they are not even concert about my issue .they are delay there service by saying "wait of 24-48 hours" and "we are escalating the mail to higher team" .it have been 2 months still I didn't got any response or answer from there end
I request the consumerforum to look after this case and help me to get my solution.
