I have purchased a laptop and 20 aug 2018 and i have also purchased extended warranty (Care pack) from hp website. Now my laptop has intermittent boot issue and i have raised a ticket for the same with ticket no [protected] and was surprised to know that my warranty in their system show expired so i was given a email address where i have send all the document. Even after 10 days i called and the warranty is not updated. Now they have closed the ticket without resolving the issue. One of the engineers disconnected my call. Need help asap.
