I purchased HP laptop 1 1/2 year ago. From the time I bought hp laptop i see performance issues frequent hanging. I raised complaints to ho but no response and they are close the complaint ticket without solving the issue.
I emailed them many times regarding the same, thy are saying we will check and get back but I don't hear any response.
I want hp to solve my laptop issue as I raised my complaint within the warranty period, it is ho who didn't solve the issue.

delete all possible tasks registered under task scheduler.
disable all startup applications.
if possible use SSD for windows operating system
update latest bios firmware
