Hello,
I bought an HP laptop which had Accidental Damage Protection included with it. Now my screen has broken. I want to claim my ADP coverage. But the only problem is I didn't register for ADP when I bought the laptop. Nowhere was it mentioned that I had to register for it when I bought the laptop. Now the customer care people are not covering my case under ADP.
This is crazy. I have ADP coverage, I paid for it. It is still less than 1 year since I bought the laptop. But due to a silly registration, I am deprived of it.
I surely would have registered, but I didn't know.
Please sort out the matter. I registered a complaint under :
"Your request is being worked on under Case ID number [protected].
STATUS: CASE IS GENERATED AND IN PROGRESS
Product description: HP Notebook - 15-ac027tx
Problem description: IN/NBD/TRADE/HP Notebook 15-ac027TX ALL/DISPLAY ISSUE".
They are asking a huge amount to replace my screen. Please look into the matter.
