Iam Ajay Kanagasabapathi, Age – 34, residing in above mentioned address. I have purchased a HP laptop through Hpestore website through order number -[protected] on 13th April 2021 along with back bag, Microsoft out look pack & 1Year Extended warranty. The laptop was delivered me in 2 days. From the date of purchase till 20/07/2022 the laptop was working fine. On 20/07/2022 the laptop was totally Dead and was not able to power on. Regarding the issue on 23/07/2022 I visited the HP Service center in the name of Skyprotechnologies located in Dr. B. Narasimhan Road, T-Nager to resolve the issue in my laptop since it was under extended warranty.
One Mr. Rifai & Mr. Suresh the service engineer who was on the reception received me and checked my laptop and he accepts the issue in the laptop and told me that they need to open the product to check the issue and he filled the job sheet with the issue. On 25/07/2022 I got a call from [protected] one Mr. Dinesh called me and asked me the password to login the laptop and he says that laptop was working fine now, also he need to monitor another 24hrs to observe the issue. Again on 26/07/2022 he called me and informed that there was no issue with the laptop and it was working fine and asked me to collect the laptop. I checked should I want to pay anything for this service and he says that the service was under warranty and u don’t want to pay anything.
On 27/07/2022 I visited the service center to collect the laptop and I have seen the laptop. When I checked the laptop it was not switched on. Also I found that my laptop was not even serviced. I reported the same to Rifai and he asked Dinesh to check it again. They assume other issues Keb Board issue and DC Port Issue. Also they asked some more time to service the laptop.
On 01/08/2022 I got a call from Mr. Rajesh says that they don’t an extented warranty update on my laptop and need to pay Rs 40, 000/- if they need to return back the unserviced laptop.
Eventhough my laptop was purchased from HP directly with an extented warranty HP Service center tries to cheat me and demanding Rs 40000/- to return back my services laptop.
I request respected sir to take necessary action against Hp Service center, Rifai & Rajesh against my complaint and to help me to recover my laptop in good working condition.
