[Resolved] HP India — Refusal of service within warranty period

Some white spots are developing day by day on the screen of my Hp 15 r063tu notebook PC. My 1st complaint with case ID [protected] was closed by Unilateral decision. After chasing the 2nd case Id [protected] is created. Even then no one has turned down to rectify the problem yet. Today, while I made a call to get the status of my case, then the representative denied to attend on site (as per the terms) and asked for a trade call. Kindly do the needful from your end at the earliest please.
