I have by mistake extended the warranty of wrong serial number.I have register a case([protected]) on 12th april, 2021 stating the laptop warranty issue and other multiple issue in laptop. I have submitted all the bills and screenshot of the laptop which i was asked to submit .They tell me that they will fix all this issue in 4-5 days . But yet all these issues are pending. I have called on hp customer number multiple times, sometimes they tell that warranty has been updated it will take 2-3 days to show on dashboard, sometimes the supervisor said they will updates the warranty within 24 hour, some times they said give us one more day to updates the warranty. The hp do not have a clear idea of this case. Whenever I call hp everyone said different point .It has been too long i am waiting for the fixation of this issue .

I am facing an issue in warranty updation from 12th april. My issue is still pending. I have called multiple times to the hp center, but they don't have a clear idea about the issue, some times they said my warranty is updated, sometimes they said we will update it in 1-2 days but they neither response nor they resolve my issue. I have talked to a supervisor on 24th April, they said that they will update it in 24 hrs but no response came. I again call on 26 april to know what is the status of the issue but again the team is not cleared about the issue they again asked what i was facing, I agin tell them all about the issue and they said they will arrange a call with the supervisor within 1 hour but no call comes I again call hp in 3 hours to know when supervisor will call me they said, call is scheduled at 7pm on 26 april but again no call comes.I agin call hp center on 27 april to know the status of the issue, again they said supervisor will call me, i tell them that yesterday i had call and they also said supervisor will call me but no call comes so i asked him that send me a mail stating that supervisor will call me at what date and at what time then the person has immediately cut the call.Can you please tell me what service you are providing. No one is responding to my issue.
