Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited — FD matured with Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited but amount is not being paid

My Father has invested in SAHARA long back ( In the name of Lakshman Yadav and Bachani Devi) which was later transfer back to Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited in 2016 with maturity date of 15th Nov 2021. After the maturity amount is not being paid as Sahara branch officials/agent is saying that amount is stuck with SEBI.

I Need refund of my money.
