Dear Team,

My Sahara double plan matured on 18th dec 2021 and I have already submitted all documents to the local branch on the same day (Mango-Jamshedpur-Jharkhand-F.C 1133 ) Branch code but till date I didn't receive the maturity amount.

I have visited the branch several times and met with Mrs Bhama Devi (Agent) and Mr Prashant (employee) regarding my maturity benefit to be credited to my bank account but they always give excuses to me for payment.

I need your help regarding my payment as I have very much need of money due to some urgency.. I am very harsh with the situation. It gives a bad impact to your client such as me. In the future I will never recommend any person for any kind of savings deposit at Sahara.

I am mentally and financially harash by Sahara mango branch employees for giving me false commitment.
