I have given my car for paid service at trident hyundai hosur road. I booked srervices via hyundai customer car portal 5 days before however no follow up was done and i got one mobile number and message them luckily, he was the sevice manager so he instantly asked driver for pickup at my home address.
I told pickup driver about all the open issues, ignition problem, some irrritating noise ffrom back seat left portion. But no steering and suspension issue. They took my car for more than 30 hours. I was not at home hence my wife recieved the car and paid amount to them.
Now the problem started
I came to home at night and tried to take drive. Suddenly i was observing a rattling noise from left side of tyre and steering also bit tight. I drove more and confirmed this is coming form left and the noise problem which was given earlier still prevails and new problem occured in car.
I thought i could be wrong. Next morning i asked my driver to drive and check. He also confirmed rattling noise coming from steering and suspension form left side.
I observed brake problem which i briefed them at the time of servicing of my car still exists and they charged me 2000 rs for break pad.
I raised a complaint on hyundai portal and next 5 min i got a call from dealer service manager, and he started argumentative and his attitude was very bad. Not at all customer oriented. He had a rough tone and high pitch and threatening not to go to hyundai directly and asked me to come service center with vehicle. After 2 days i took my car they told this problem persists and we informed you about this noise. However that rattling nose from suspension and steering was never coming earlier. They told me it will cost 15000 and they will change steering shaft and problem will be rectified.
Why i have to bear this cost??
