I am pradeep singh s/o mr. Karan singh form #981 sector-19 panchkula. Going to chanderbandani temple (UTTARAKHAND) form panchkula. When i am on the way suddenly both breaks was not working nit hand break and not normal break. I have less time to think about what to do at that time. So i hit my car on the wall. After this accident, i called Hyundai helpline no. And then told about that accident to the hundai at 11.30. am and then they asked me that can u move your car? Then i said yes i do. Then i asked them tell me about the reason that why breaks was not working properly. Then they said that our engineer checked your car properly after that they can call me. Then i disconnect the call. After this accident i can drive my car then breaks are properly working. I have reached safely on 3/4/15 at 7:00pm. I parked my car on the gate o[censored]ltimate Hyundai panchkula. On 4/4/2015 at 9:30am I have told about that mishappening to the Hyundai than they said that is impossible they said that you can tried to Insurance claim rather then explaining the reason for not working breaks. So i don’t have any other option and then i can apply for the insurance claim. They repaired my car properly and then returned my after some days. After that 3 months later as always i parked my car at 8:00pm when i came from my office. On the same day at 12:00 am my car was suddenly burned on the front side the fire was put out from the help of me and my neighbors. On the other side i will call at 100 number and then police reached at that time. They clicked the picture of my burned car and they give me DDR at 11:00am and then i call at 12:30am to the Hyundai helpline no. Told about everything to that accident. Then they can file my complaint and give me a complaint no. And then 1:25am they send toul truck on my address and at 3:00am they pick my car. after that when i reached at Berkeley -Hyundai panchkula at 11:00am I said that i pared my car before 4 hours than how it is possible that how burned my car after 4 hours. They could not explain about this mishappening they only said me that you can came on Monday our insurance surveyor can came and verify your car and then they give me a job card at 3:00pm.My mother was shocked when this incident was happened. Me and my family was so scared to saw this incident. If in future me and my family is affected by this incident all responsibility of that incident puts on the shoulders of Hyundai company.
All i want to know about all this misshapping within 6 months because i bought my car on January 2015 from ultimate Hyundai panchkula. My question is only that why company made that this type of car which was not working properly for the 6 months all the parts of that car had technical issues so i want to replace my car otherwise i will go to consumer court for car replacement. kindly do it on priority Bases.
