Hyundai Motor India — AC Control panel mode shift regulator broken during servicing

Today on 17.01.15 i gave my Hyundai I10 ( UP16Z1976 ) for servicing in Capital Hyundai Workshop ( Add : B-79/80, Sector 2, Noida-201301 ). When i Went to take my Car after servicing then during service check-up i found AC control Panel Mode shift regulator Broken.When i inform service executive regarding the issue, then he denied to change the part & fix it with fevi-quick.No action was taken against my Complaint.Now, I'm facing a lot of trouble while driving the car in Winter Season due to mist & i'm not able to shift to defrost mode.
