I had purchased Santro car in winter'11. In summer'12, we faced problem with car AC and since then, we face this problem every summer. Every time we take it to agency, they come up with a new issue, as a result of which, they have changed every possible part of car. But AC is still not working. As a solution, they just fill up gas and it starts leaking as soon as summer strikes. Last summer also, we filed complaint but all in vain. This is really annoying to get such a degraded service from a reputed company like "Hyundai". After sales service is all that is important. And if Hyundai agency is not able to figure out a solution to repair the unit, then i demand they should go ahead with replacing that unit with a new one. It is been years we face this problem every summer. Whats the point of an AC car if we can not use it in summers. :/ Was this information helpful? |
