I had purchased i20 elite on 22/05/2015 from Pramukh Hyundai; its just 45days past from delivery car got breakdown on 11/07/2015 car was not starting totally blank self no voice of crannk i had called to Roadside Assistance for help on 11/07/2015 5.47pm they informed me team will come within 1hr. the problem is call center person told me team will get back to you in next 15mins but Road side assistance team forwarded my complaint by 7.13pm and team came by 8pm in between i have called to pramukh mam gave me contact number of Mr. Chelapa the general manager of chembur workshop he helped me alot he was in touch with me till the time team came to my spot of car break down; even team of repairing was also supportive they informed me they'll drop my car to nearest Hyundai at Vidyavihar for repairing but on my risk i took my car to home & on 13/07/2015 i gave my car to Mohol Hyundai for repair & my first service; Mohol Hyundai informed me there was issue in filter. i gone for shopping but the converted into stopping.
so may i know why production team did not checked before delivery?
