I am owner of fludic verna bearing registration no. DL3C BQ 4308 which was serviced on at Rama Hyundai service center in vasant kunj. The service adviser who served my care was Mr. Ramesh Yadav. I would like to start with the fact that he carded me about RS 900 for cleaning of my exhaust pipe which when on confronting with him that when did he do the cleaning he said that it was done but the next day when I took the car back to the service center and insisted that show me what was done. He lifted the car up and to my shock there was nothing that was done to the exhaust pipe which he insisted that it was done. First of all it was not informed to me that there will be any cleaning of the exhaust at the time when I handed over my car to the for service, but still I had no problem when he informed me of the cleaning but after finding out that I was only charged and there was nothing done actually he started apologizing and promised me to do it at that very same time which he did. Again when he was handing over the car back the airbag indication light was coming up and when I asked him about that he said its temporary and will go off but it is more that 20 days now but the indication light is still on and when asking him again he said that the indication pin is faulty and you have to get it replaced only he can waive off the service charges. Now after that the Service Manager from Rama Hyundai Ms Rajni called me up for the feedback and I told her the same thing but there have been no response from them till now. Now when I handed over my car to the service center every thing was working perfectly fine and when they were handing it back with the faulty indication light for airbag is it my problem I want that problem to be solved at the companies end.
