We have given our Hyundai Elantra ( Reg No. TN- 49L 6969 ) For service @ Salem ( Tamilnadu) Golden Hyndai ( Only Dealer @ Salem, Tamilnadu ).We are almost fed up with their service and promptness.Day before yesterday(25/02/2015) we have taken our car from the Service center.When we went there to take the car we found following complaints.
1. A/C is not working at all.
2. Logo of Hyundai is not at all fixed at Back side Dicky.
3. Rubber Peding of Left side Back Door is not fixed.
4. Boot for the Accelerator is not fixed.
These above complaints are rectified after we insist them.After we took the car we have taken the car to Chennai from Salem Yesterday (26/02/2015)now we are finding the below complaints.
1.When drew the car to chennai in between cars oil Light was glowing.Then we checked the oil it was empty.Tell Us why ?
2. Engine sealed cover was missing.
3. Meter Light was not glowing.
Since we have paid around 68, 000 for service at the Service station why above complaints are coming.We are now in an position to file an case against Hyundai for an bad service.
We also want to make note that we asked the service adviser to allow us to meet service manager he refused.Is this the way treat an Customer. Was this information helpful? |
