I purchased new grand i10 car from blue hyundai. Unfortunately met with accident. It need repair for body damages on left side, left side front wheel rim, front & back wheel cap replacement & ovrm mirror repair. The car was delivered by charging around 60, 000 but next day i noticed that they had not replaced left side wheel rim, damaged wheel caps and not repaired mirror. When approached service center, i was replied that that have replaced on right side in error and took more then 2hours to repair. More over i noticed that the car was being polished with ac on and doors opened which will damage compressor.in simple terms hyundai service means cheating, misguiding, looting it's customer. It is no value for money. Day robbers. Best to avoid hyundai cars. Was this information helpful? |
