Dear Sir,
I have given my Car I 20 Magna 2015 model reg. no. RJ27CE4068 for painting work as its color was peeling off automatically, showroom also it accepted the car about 20 days before, today when they return it (home delivery) and as I was out of the town my father took the delivery and we paid money Rs 8400-/ about 20 mins later my father decided to drive the car at that moment he found a large crack across the wind screen glass which only can be noticed when someone sits inside the car, as at the time of giving the car at service center there was no issue with wind screen glass. however, left head light and bumper were already in damaged condition but the wind screen glass was perfect, now it is broken and when we called up the guy who delivered his phone is not responding showing switch off and we also cannot take the vehicle to showroom right now because he delivered it to around 7;00 pm and showroom already closed.

I believe that is all planned very well by showroom to deliver car late and switch off the cell phone so that day is passed and customer will held responsible for damage.
sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that before taking every car they take photo to be presented as evidence if someone play blame game same photos can be used as proof. Moreover I am attaching video and photograph from my side.
Kindly do the needful as I put In in Honest earning in my car.
