Respected sir, i am dr. M. Bhaskar from dharmapuri, tamilnadu. Sir i have booked hyundai creta sx (O) on 6.9.2017 with cash payment of 1.99 lakh rupees and cheque of 2.62 lakh rupees and on 8.9.2019 i paid remaining 10 lakhs rupees by sbi salem by cheque, and l was assured by sales person and general manager that i will be charged the car rate according to price on that day and car allocation also done. Subsequently by gst the was revised on 10.9.2017, the golden hyundai demands that though l booked the car before the revised price, billing was not done and invoice not raised due to administrative reasons, so that i should pay extra revised price. I am very much disappointed the way golden hyundai responds to their customers, it is not my fault by not raising the invoice before 9 the september. After driving 12 years of ford this time i wanted to switch over to hyundai, but the way they react and cheering the customers for which we are not responsible is very horrible sir. Still i am interested and hope that you will do the needful in getting my creta in price on which day i booked. Kindly do the needful sir.
