I purchased a Car from Berkeley Hyundai in Chandigarh, which was delivered to me on 1st Jan. Its been 2 months since I got the delivery of the Car but its been only once when I actually drove the car. I always had good feedback about Hyundai till I decided to buy a car for myself. There is some issue with the Meter of the Car which fluctuates as soon as you put it in Self Start and the dealer is ready to replace the part with Demo Car. I have bought a new Car and I would not want a used part in my brand new car. Its been 2 months, I am paying the EMIs for the Car without even driving it. Every time, I go to Hyundai Dealer, they keep the Car for 3 days and then give it back saying everything should work fine, which is not the case obviously or else, I would not have to escalate the case. I am not even sure, if they are replacing the part with a genuine one or not.
Please do something about this before I go and escalate it to your CEO Seo or I go to consumer court to get the Car replaced and get some compensation from your company for all this hassle.
