When we talk about a trustful car brand then the name of hyundai motors is one of them who is listed in top brands not only in india but also in entire world.
Unfortunately, my experience in india is very bad with this brand for both product and its services after the sale.
As per the my experience of indian services i can understand that majority of the companies in india always failed to provide a good services after sale of their product but i will get such experience with the hyundai motors in india, it is really surprized too much to me.
Hi this is amarjeet singh laayal from india. I am only 21 days old customer of hyundai motors in india and in these 21 days i lost my total trust from the brand’s product and services of the company after sale the product.
I am fed-up in such way that i am writing my complaint directly south korea team from where the company is originating and the my moto is get help me and aware the company that how the indian team of the company spoiling the name of a such trustful brand which work only for the quality product and best services after sale to their customer.
Details explanation of all my issues
on dated[protected] i purchased a new car i.E grand i10 sportz from m/s goyal hyundai, jalandhar (punjab-india)
from the day-1 i faced numbers of issues with the new car in which some issues was happened because of the pre-delivery inspection team and some of the issues was manufacturing error. I will explain one by one.
First of i all i am explaining about very sensitive manufacturing defect which may be a cause death of the driver and all persons who will be in the car at the time of driving.
Issue no.-1 (very serious manufacturing fault and indian service team didn’t take it seriously)
i purchased new car on[protected] and on[protected] i faced an issue that suddenly its steering get jamed while i was taking turn on the road and there was no error / indication/ notification on the display. At this time speed of car was very slow which save me and my family otherwise what mishappening might be happen no body knows.
2nd time same issue faced by on dated[protected]. This time i was alone in car and fortunately again this time i was slow too which saved me.
3rd time i faced the same issue on dated[protected] when my whole family was with me and this time, i was started my car in parking.
4th time i faced the same issue yesterday i.E.,[protected] and i was on road alone at night at 11:00 pm and nobody was there to help me. This time an indication on display i.E. Steering jam symbol.
Issue no-2 (fault of both team i.E. Company pdi team and dealer pdi team)
2nd issue i feel on the 2nd day of purchase it was the issue of tyre mis-alignment.
I observed that when the car is running on straight road then car was going towards right side and steering was also looking slant toward right side.
For this issue when i visit in haridwar (state- uttarakhand in india) service centre then they replied that it is very minor issue which never harm the tyre health therefore at the time of first service they will rectify this issue.
I want to ask the company that before first service if minor mis-alignment become major and lost the tyre then company will be replace the tyre free of cost?
if the company answer is no then why they ask me to wait till 1st service.
Issue no-3 high bounce of the speed braker or jurk (fault of dealership pdi team and manufacturing fault)
3nd issue i faced on the day -1 when i take delivery of car.
Because of this issue was bouncing too much on very small jurk or a speed braker. I feel that its suspension is too much hard.
When i checked air tyre air, i found that front left tyre air was 97.2 psi, front right side air was 47.4 psi, rear right side air was 56.0 psi and rear left side air was 38.0 psi.
It was totally error of the dealership pdi team when i complaint to customer coordinator manager (ccm) then dealership pdi team replied that before delivery of the car they checked all the check points properly and customer is telling a lie.
Same fault from company side
i set air pressure of tyre exactly as per the company prescribed. After this bouncing of car on speed braker or any type of jurk is low the before but in-spite of this i am feeling its suspension is very hard because if we cross any speed braker or jurk on the speed 40-50 i always hear a sound like loose part or hard suspension. This sound should be more minimize. This sound is too high then desire.
I also compare this issue with another brand and i found that it is too much higher in hyundai car’s which can be minimize by manufacturing team very easily.
Issue no-4 (accessories issue and it is totally manufacturing fault of the company)
i purchased a boot mat from the dealership which is totally undersized.
When i ask about its from the dealership then they replied that we are delivering as it is as we received from the company and we cannot do anything about the size.
So, company team about this issue i am directly blaming to you that when it is an original accessories then why it is under sized. I’ve attached all the photographs with this email you can check the same. Please verify it and replace the same to with proper size.
Conclusion and desire of the solution
so, these are the above issues of the new hyundai car which i am facing from the day-1.
Therefore, it is my request to the company take this car back to the company for r&d and give me a replacement of the new car with my all expenditure done to register the car with rto and purchased accessories for it.
