I have purchased a hyundai creta car on 13/07/2016 from meghna hyundai-bongaigaon. Registration no. Of the car is as19j 1891. The warranty period of the car is 36 months (Three years) but within a period of 14 months of time the ac compressor of the car is not working/damaged (As per the communication made by the personnel/technicians of meghna hyundai on 15/09/2017).
When i approach the show room personnel to repair the ac compressor of the car on 15/09/2017, i did not get a good response from them. There was no proper communication from the showroom personnel; they have not shown much interest about the problem. There was no proper reply from the showroom personnel, whether i should pay for the compressor replacement or will it be free of cost as the car is still in warranty period. It’s quit difficult to drive the car without ac, so we need an immediate solution for the same problem.
The staff of meghna hyundai had taken the full responsibility and had charged rs. 79, 830.00 for the registration of my car but there is a serious mistake in the rc, the chassis no. Of the car is wrong in the rc. The chassis no. Is written as malc381clgm23131f but the correct chassis no. Of the car is malc381clgm123131f. This is the major mistake in the rc, if any accident happens in future; i will have to face many challenges for the same. I don’t understand how it happened while they had taken the full responsibility of the rc. I need immediate replacement of the rc without any extra cost from my pocket.
