Hyundai Motor India — complaint regarding sales

I am a customer of ishanya hyundai pune, i just bought a new xcent car for tours.
It's model is base plus abs. I paid total money to the dealer but they have not given me the promised gas kit. They delivered me the car on 22nd of august and promise to give me the cng gas kit fitted on 2nd of september but till today 19th of september i have not got my cng kit fitted in my car. I have to make much loss because of these people as interest also i have to pay and my business also got late for 15/17 days which goes to around average of 45000rs loss. Still they haven't given me any documents of tax receipt nor insurance papers nothing. Just fooling customer and ignoring. Worst service till date and as a customer m just fed up. Please help.
