Hi my name is jency henry my car no is kl-22 f 2058. I called and book an appointment for service on 6-7-2017 and i got call from service executive and he suggested do u need to clean the seat and everthing and its going to cost 1500 i told ok and regular service and after 2 days i got car back and i checked inside and it was dirty as i gave them and they took it back and delivered back i paid them for just service and cleaning. They charge me nearly 7, 520, the worst thing is i didnt got a regular service invoice bill for the work done they told will mail i called them couple of time they didnt mail me it and i just got a service receipt i and having the receipt with me and now the car is not starting and from last few days it shows signs of starting trouble and i am really concerned of last service done and this bill issues they told due to gst it will take couple of day i waited and no luck yet so i am totally disappointed and have a doubt about the service done and customer service because of not sending the bill by mail receipt no : 2741. I have registerred complaint a month back and no response yet so Was this information helpful? |
