My vehicle is facing this for the third time(Even after changing the clutch - I still face problem in shifting the first gear [After requesting them to look into it, they haven't done so]). Its is just dont care policies of such companies which is costing the consumer segment of India to bear with all critical problems. Since we don't raise any sort of problems and rarely knock the consumer and compliance board such company takes up the customers lightly and escape with out any legalities. This is not just because of me getting affected( I have considered every bit to take the action on behalf of everybody)
The reasons are simple but hard to swallow
1) I would like to myself into perspective (The first time i had a clutch worn out (7000 KM 2 or 3rd month of purchase) in the middle of the road(Below kathipara Junction(Chennai) Chennaites know this road as one of the busiest road) I literally had know sign of clutch wearing out, it was sudden, behind my vehicle was a City Bus and lot of other vehicles infront of me and on my sides(Traveling at 50 - 70 KMPH). I have driving experience of 6+ years( And experience doesnt matter but also presence of mind which made me to pull over with emergency brakes[Probably which helped in avoiding accidents]). It is one of the major points to be taken (There are too many lives at stake, be it driver/passenger and other commuters).
