Hyundai Motor India — Creta S Model Diesel Booked in the month of June-2022 but not getting Delivery of Vehicle

Dear Sir / Madam
I booked my Vehicle Creta S Model ( Diesel ) in Kothari Hyundai, Pune ( Maharashtra ) on 21st June, 2022 but till date not getting delivery of my vehicle I am expecting I should get Vehicle till 5th October, 2022. But now dealer is saying I will get vehicle in the Month Nov-2022 or Dec-2022. These things I had already discussed with dealer at the time of my Booking that time dealer is ready to deliver my vehicle on 5th October.
