We sold our wagon r car number * to trident hyundai kudlu gate, bangalore, india. The road tax of karnataka has already been paid amounting to rs 43000 and original tax receipt was handed over to sales person
On 9th oct they picked my car and on 10th, the sales person quoted 100000 over the phone and the deal was confirmed. Later he changed the amount to rs 95000 for which we agreed
After two days we visited the showroom and all paper work for sale including delivery note, was done and rc, insurance and other papers were handed over in original. It was promised that trident will transfer rs 80000 in our account and hold rs 10000 till noc formalities are completed).
Since last four days we are following up and trident has not deposited money in our account and going back from their commitment.
This is a series issue of integrity and depicts unethical practices by your dealer. I have been your loyal customer for last ten years as we also have hyundai accent (*), and also my parents have an i 10 (In delhi and prior to that we were having santro).
This wagon r is used by me and since last one week as the car is with trident, i have to take cab every day to work leading to lot of inconvenience. This is mental harassment that our vehicle has been taken away, sold and money has not been transferred in our account till date
Now trident hyundai is saying that they will adjust all the money if we buy a new car from them.
I want a senior person from hyundai to step in to solve this issue asap.
