Dear Sir,
I purchased a Hyundai Verna (Diesel) Top variant car in April 2015. In first month, I got first service of my car and I complained the dealer about its poor barking system. The service people accepted that there was some problem in the braking system and they have corrected it now. But after few days i.e. within first month of the purchase, I met with an accident due to poor braking system. I informed the dealer and car was repaired in 3 weeks time, I had to claim insurance for the same.
Since then I have been facing problem with the braking system. I informed the service manager about the same but he kept denying the fact and assured that there is no problem in the braking system. Same day he called me up and said that during washing of my car, his employees parked the car on ramp with a hand-brake and the car suddenly slipped and banged on the lift. Its windshield was broken.
Then, he realized the problem of braking system and he again assured that they have replaced every possible spare part of the braking system. But the problem still exists in the car.
I would like to bring it to your kind notice because our lives are on stake, please take a necessary action otherwise, I will have to take a legal opinion in this case.
