Hi purchased hyundai elite i20 on 24th feb2017 from trident hyundai, from day one i'm having issue, i have sent my vehicle to service station 10 times but issue wasn't fixed and not taken care responsibly. Also i'm hearing from trident people these issues will not be fixed permanently, it will be there till end from various sources. Also it is very difficult to reach out hyundai customer relationship manager to escalate. I feel that something happening in the back ground and i feel that im getting cheated here. I lost trust with the dealer and also with hyundai. I need a replacement/new vehicle or my money back. Was this information helpful? |
