Hello this is Shivam Kaushal vehicle owner of 'Hyundai Verna UP70 FB4763'.
This is in refrence with the accident of my vehicle on '30th of August 2023'.
This is to inform you both "Hyundai India" as employes of service centre are making me fool since 68 days. I met an accident on 30/8/23 and due to the clavicle bone facture I got admited in the hospital. On 3rd of sep had send my vehicle to GP Hyundai service centre Naini Prayagraj.
Ms.Pragati Maheshwari GM of Hyundia service centre Naini is the most irresponsible and illitrate person of that service centre who cannot handle the work and doesnt know how to be professional in work, also "Mr.Amit Agarwal" is also not attaining calls and want to get rid of all issues as he is the owner of GP Hyundai Naini Prayagraj.
Its my humble request to Hyundai to look after this and complete the vehicle process they are mentally harassing I am not well these days plz dont create panic for me. The service center even don't have curtesy car to avail to their customer.
I hope a strict action will be take against Mrs.Pragati Maheshwari Mrs. Kanchan Dubey and Mr. Amit agarwal.
the owner of the service centre is not receiving my calls adn nobody is there to help me out.
