Dear sir/madam,
I have given my excent (Od05l5930) in your authorized dealer utkal hyundai at bhubaneswar on 23rd aug 2017 for servicing. They have committed to deliver the vehicle next day, but next day we found the h assembly and other body part has damaged in accident so that we claimed in insurance, the service adviser committed to deliver the vehicle on 31st aug, so immediately i complained for this duration and asked that” you will take 8 days”, they told that “insurance people will take 2/3 days and ac repair also will take 2/3 days”. Therefore i convinced and the service advisor gave us the order sheet in which all the problems has mentioned and also the estimation which is max of inr 12, 000 (Rupees twelve thousand only) apart from insurance job has also mentioned. But they have not called up to 1st sept 2017 to deliver the vehicle, so that i called up the service advisor he argued with me that “ it is not the job which is complete in 8 days”. Finally they called me on 7th sept. 2107 to deliver the vehicle. But now they are charging me after insurance claim i should pay (Inr 26000.00 (Rupees twenty six thousand). How can pay this amount? Estimation is 12000 actual is 26000, is it a joke?
Therefore i am requesting you to suggest me what i should do. I cannot pay the above amount what they charged.
I am here with attaching the repair order copy.
