I would like to share a painful experience of dealing with your dealer. I booked Hyundai 4 S Fluidic Verna with dealer Sanjay Hyundai, Wakadewadi, Pune Showroom on 1 Jul 2015. Dealer promised to get the car immediately. On 7th or 8th JUL dealer representative called me to inform that car is dispatched from factory and I should make complete payment in order to enable them to deliver the vehicle. After receiving the payment this dealer is simply giving new stories saying trailer is in Karnataka, or Flat Tyre or no response from Transporter etc. If I call Mr. Prashant Sutar – Showroom Manager, he simply tells that he will call me within 5 minutes but in last 4 days have never ever called me back. He also informed me that these transporters are under control of Hyundai and hence they cannot get any details. I need urgent attention from Hyundai to this breach of trust. Please let me know your position on the same.
The dealer has even stopped taking my calls and sending me a message that he is in the meeting but never calls back. This is very frustrating and pathetic experience. I request Hyundai Motors to provide solution to the same.
On Insisting the Showroom provided transporter no. On discussion I understood that this person is from BGFC. is this Approved Transporter for Hyundai? I guess no. I found that the story narrated by this transporter is completely different from one being narrated by dealer thus confirming the fear that Customer is not getting real update.
