Hyundai Motor India — Demand for refund of cost of turbo charger

I gave my car for repair to Shreenath Hyundai Servive Centre situated at Jogeshwari (W) Mumbai on 14 Dec 2014. The technical person advised me to deposit Rs 70, 000 in their account for a turbo charger which I did. I was a little doubtful of his intentions and therefore took the advice of another expert., He repaired the car telling me that the turbo charger does not require replacement. The car is now in optimum working condition. However the service centre refuses to refund the amount of Rs 76685/ which they charged me. SUCH SERVICE CENTRES AND ADVISORS ARE A THREAT TO THE EXCELLENT REPUTATION YOUR COMPANY ENJOYS IN THE INDIAN MARKET. I hope you are capable enough to pressurise them to refund the amount that is rightfully due to me . Dr Satish Sakhalkar
