Hyundai Motor India — Denial to accept complaint given on gear problem

Since the last few months my verna has been experiencing gear shifting problems.The peculiarity with the issue is that the problem occurs only after driving a few kilometers 10 to 15 kms during long drives it gets extremely difficult to shift gears. The problem doesnt occur during short drives. I had complained about this problem about 3 times so far. The service people stayed reluctant and denied to rectify the issue complaining that they have test driven the vehicle and no such issue was noted and also alleged me with false complaint. Perhaps since it is under the warranty period they are reluctant to pay heed to my complaint. 3 times i have given my vehicle for the same complaint and all the three times they have denied to accept the complaint. I have decided to leave my car for service one last time and if this issue is not sorted out i may have to force myself to move legally .I am thoroughly disappointed withe the irresponsible attitude and negligence from your side.
