SIR I have paid an advance of Rs 10000 to BHARAT MOTOCORP PRIVATE LTD, KHAMMAM on[protected] to M/s for purchase of XCENT VARIANT -S- PETROL vehicle.I was informed by the time of booking the vehicle that I am eligible for a discount of Rs14000, and the amount will be refunded by the time of delivery. Now after receiving the amount of 6, 64, 684.00 as per the quotation submitted (in addition to the advance) i am forced to take the accessories for the discount and more over refusing to refund the balance amount.Even I am forced to take the Delivery of the vehicle without invoice. I do request the concerned to direct dealer to raise the invoice and refund the balance amount and deliver the vehicle at my home at KOTHAGUDEM as promised.
