I purchased elite i20 asta (O) in september 2016. The car is still covered under warranty.
From the very beginning i have been encountering problems:-
1. Wiper :- the wipers from the beginning were producing rattling sound. It took four service attempts by the service centre guys to finally resolve it. But i got to know the rubber has been worn out already.
Recently, it has stopped wiping effectively
2. Windshield :- when i gave my car for fixing rattling sound of wipers, the next day i reported number of scratches on my windshield. Service centre accepted its their mistake but delayed to fix it even when i proactively visited continuously 2 times.
3. Sound from suspension: it was just 20-30 days since i purchased my car. The suspension gave up so early?
4. Vibration/sound from the side pillar :- this has been issue since 2-3 months of purchase of car and continued till now. The service centre have been providing me irrelevant excuses of the noise. It was only 4 months before they realised what the actual problem is. But still not fixed
5.ac issues :- recently on my trip fro indore to pune, i noticed some weird ac behaviour as it suddenly stopped cooling effectively after 300 kms of the journey for the rest of ~400 kms
6. Headlamp :- my headlamp for recently full of moisture. Pfa
I am very unhappy, dissatisfied and surprised how a brand new car can have so much of issues. And the service centre is simply not upto the mark be it timeliness or quality of work or
