My cars first and reverse gear is getting blocked in halfway, when I went to Hyundai service centre they firstly try adjusting cables for 4 hours and later when I got hyper they decided to change the cables but as expected it didn't worked out, then with a casual attitude the manager and technician informed me that they will be changing parts in gearbox of the car that too in a car which has been gifted to me by my brother 3months back and has been driven only for 5500km. In any circumstances I will not let anyone touch transmission of my new car and want my car to be replaced, the people in koncept Hyundai have a casual attitude and not at all supporting as they dont even have the courtesy of addressing a mail after a weeks time too.
I want my car to be replaced and not the parts to be replaced in gearbox of my new car, kindly ask concerned to help me out as Iam facing worst of the customer service.
New car shouldn't encounter problems in gearbox thus I will not let anyone touch transmission of my car and want car to be replaced.
