Hyundai Motor India — Endorsement of CNG on RC

I have purchased I 10 Car No. DL3BQ4419 in the year 2012 from Rishab Motors (P) Ltd., Okhla. The delivery of the car was taken with CNG fitting. But in registration certificate of the car petrol has been mentioned .This fact has come to my knowledge this year at the time of renewal of the insurance of the car.Also No papers of CNG were submitted to me at that time.Now on making complaint to the Hyudai Motors the CNG papers have been submiited but the company is denying to take responsiblity of endorsing CNG on Car. Since the mistake has been committed by the agent of the company Rishab Motors (P) Ltd. the CNG on RC should be endorsed by the company .
