I would like to bring your kind attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had with your eon car. I have been a loyal customer since two years and feel that incomplete attention was given to my complains.
Remote key operational issue — operational issue of car remote key for 6th time. When i raised the issue repeatedly they changed the battery - transmitter & battery on dt-23/01/2017 still the issue continue.
On sunday september 03, when i bring the same issue during my 3rd servicing after checking out my vehicle, your representative conformed the problem and did only teasing of remote key to bring it to normal operation.
Normal dents — normal dents of my car also not taken care for repairing during my 3rd servicing and suggested by your representative to do it in outer garage.
The warranty is about to expire 15th of september-17, and i believe i am still entitle to a free repair because the existence of such serious defects in my car.
I understand i am entitled to expect the things i buy are of acceptable quality. I am sure you will agree that in view of the above problems the vehicle was not of a reasonable standard.
I am prepared to accept a repair of the vehicle at no cost to me. If repairs can be completed quickly and effectively i will consider the matter settled.
