I mailed the below mentioned details to your office and also to the official site of Hyundai motors, but didn't got any reply(Even a system generated one). I am very much disappointed because i never expected such a bad response from a reputed company like Hyundai to which am a customer for the last ten years.So am forced to go for the legal procedures, before that once again am forwarding the same details to you.If you are giving any value to your customer, give me a reply.
I am ABHILASH RV a customer of HYUNDAI motors having I 20(KL 02 AK 5544).I buy this car from St Antony's kollam, kerala. At that time i had paid an amount of 8500 Rs for Extended warranty.As this center is not working now i went to pothens hyundai kollam, kerala for replacing my ABS sensors.At that time they told me that my vehicle is not having the extended warranty.I showed them the bill and details that i am having regarding the extended warranty.but they told me that they can't do any thing for the same and i had to pay an amount of 10000/more for the repair.As a customer of Hyundai for the last 10/more years i am experiencing this type of problems frequently(means servicing).Men in pothens told me that they are not responsible for this and can't do anything.As my knowledge directly/indirectly am buying a car from Hyundai through their authorized dealers. Then who is responsible for this.At the time of buying a car from one showroom we didn't have the idea that it will be closed soon.For their fault what i have to do? So before going to the consumer court for the legal procedure i am forwarding all the details to you.please do necessary that can favor
