This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a Hyundai - I10 Car bearing Regd. No. DL10 CS 4047 on 28/07/2014 from the Authorized Hyundai Dealer – M/s Hans Hyundai, Moti Nagar, New Delhi (A Unit of Charu Motors (P) Ltd.).
Since purchase, My car is constantly facing break down problem and for getting remove the defect resulting break down problem, I had got it checked and repaired 8 to 9 times at the Authorized Service Centre of M/s Hans Hyundai. Despite being checked and repaired the Car by the Engineers of Authorized Service Centre of M/s Hans Hyundai within and short span of period of about 6 months, the said dealer M/s Hans Hyundai failed to remove the defect which caused me not only mental agony but cheating also at your hand and also at the hand of your dealer M/s Hans Hyundai.
Dissatisfied with the working and behavior of M/s Hans Hyundai, I went to your other dealer M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 23/01/2015 and stated them about the defect. M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza kept the car with them for 6 days for checking and removing the aforesaid defect and handed over the car to me 28/01/2015 after thoroughly checking and repairing. They also said that the Car had some defect which they tried to rectify.
Yesterday (25.02.2015) again the same problem arose and the Car is constantly facing beak down to drive. So today morning I again went to M/s Hyundai Motor Plaza but they refused to take the car saying that there was no any booking with them in respect of my Car. I told them that I didn't go for service of my Car but I went for removal of defect for which they had kept the Car from 23.01.2015 to 28.01.2015. But in no circumstances they agreed to check and remove the defect and I forced to come back without getting even checked the problem by M/s Hyundai Plaza.
From the facts aforesaid, it is ample clear that there are some manufacturing defect in the Car and that the Hyundai Motor India Ltd. has sold me a defective Car and not only this even the defect is such which is out o[censored]nderstanding of their own engineers/mechanics who are unable to remove the defect even after checking the same about 10 times within last six months i.e. since purchase of car.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter urgently and replace the aforesaid defective Car with a new Car of Same model, else I will be compelled to take legal action against your company for the monopoly and cheating by selling the aforesaid defective Car to me.
Kindly take immediate action.
