Hi, I purchased i20 Nline in January. So far It drove only 3500. On 9th Friday, I and my mom went for one emergency suddenly while running my car got stopped on road and I tried to start but doesn't work. we called Hyundai Mobility center they arranged technician. We waited for more than an hour on road and after some time the technician came and he checked but he didn't find anything so he called the rescue van and then he left again I waited for 2 hours and then the rescue vehicle came finally the at night 7. They have taken the vehicle on Friday night. I didn't get any proper update regarding the vehicle and then finally from service center called me and they told me like the FUEL PUMP is not working properly. I enquired about this defect at the service center, and they told me it will raise because of some manufacturing defect. The car is almost 15lakhs we drove only 3500Kms So far. We lost trust in the Hyundai brand with their Products. I spent the whole day on the road.
Service center said that they have ordered the Fuel Pump and we need to wait for around 5 days. We have bought the car for an emergency purposes not for making it stand in the service center.
I made decision to go with i20Nline by comparing with
Tata Altroz
Tata Nexon
Brezza
MG Astor
Urban Cruiser
But HyundaiIndia disappointed me I made the wrong decision and I never recommend Hyundai products anymore to my friends and my family.
Even I faced software issues by 2nd or 3rd month itself. Like, it won't show the Fuel level properly and then the welcome greeting won't work. After filling the fuel it will take around half a day to update. I checked with service center regarding the software but they told me that there are no updates for software updates now I need to wait. But till now it is around 8 months still I didn't get.
