I am writing to file a serious complaint on a recently purchased card. The car registration number is MH48S 9642. The car was purchased through Sai Auto Hyundai in Mumbai.
First, till date I haven’t got the RC copy of the car. It has been close to 6 months and I have been repeatedly told by your sales person that this will be resolved but the problem hasn’t been resolved. I must have spoken to Sai Hyundai atleast 15-20 times for the same.
This is causing problems at multiple levels. For instance I am not able to claim insurance. I wanted to claim insurance today. The representative was told that I don’t have a RC copy prior to coming. He said that it was ok and what all papers I have should be enough. Then when he came to my house for car pick up, he asked for RC copy. When I said that I don’t have RC copy, he said that I need to go and get it from the RTO. I have wasted so many days and am unable to drive the car due to this issue.
This is not the first time that there has been a service issue. Earlier when I had sent the car for first service, the car was supposed to return back on a particular day but was delayed by 1-2 days due to which I had to travel to office on a cab and struggled a lot.
The car has got pathetic mileage. It gives me a mileage of 8-9 KM per litre. I remember when the car was sold to me, I was told that I should purchase only this car else they wont give me any discount. I went ahead and purchased this car only to find out that the car is a damaged piece sold by you as the mileage of the car is not acceptable.
I would like you to take back the car and refund it with a new one. Second I would like you to take strict action against Sai Hyundai so that they ensure that RC book is sent and insurance is claimed and as a customer I don’t have to suffer further pain.

The same problem i am also facing.
I have purchased ne EON Era + car 3 month back (MH12 LV 9398) from starting there is heavy noise in gear box, 4 time we have complain to the hyundai Kharadi branch, Regional Office, Hyundai customer care but still no action on it,
I am very frustrated now .
Now i am going to take legal action to the hyundai Motors.
